Nature for Wellbeing (no padding)

Are you experiencing Low Mood or Anxiety?

Join us for relaxed weekly sessions in nature designed to help you slow down, breathe, and feel more grounded.

Each session offers gentle, wellbeing activities, including:

  • Gardening, planting and growing
  • Nature-based arts and crafts
  • Herbal teas and plant-based making
  • Gentle walks exploring green spaces
  • Time to share, chat & connect over a cuppa.

No experience needed. All tools & materials provided.

Wellbeing in Nature will take place on a Tuesday afternoon, starting mid-March 2026.
