Young at Heart is our weekly social group for older people – a chance to get together, meet new friends and enjoy a couple of hours in good company.

Whether you come along every week or just fancy giving it a try, you'll always be made to feel welcome. Some people come with friends, others come on their own, but it doesn't take long before everyone is chatting over a cup of tea or coffee.

Every session is different. Throughout the year we enjoy live music, bingo, quizzes, guest speakers, seasonal celebrations and plenty of time to sit and have a chat. Tea, coffee and cake are always available too!

As well as being a great place to socialise, we regularly welcome local organisations to offer information and advice on topics that are important to older people, making it easy to find out what's available in the local area.
