Autumn Fayre 2026

Stallholder bookings are now open for the Trinity Garden Autumn Fayre!

Following the success of our first Autumn Fayre last year, when around 250 people joined us, we’re excited to be doing it all again – and we’re hoping this year will be even bigger!

Event Details

Date: Saturday 24th October 2026
Time: 11am – 2pm
Location: Holy Trinity Church Hall, High Street, Kingswood, BS15 4AB
Stall Fee: £10 per stall, including a 6' trestle table and two chairs
Footfall: 200+

Booking a Stall

To request a stall, simply complete the form below. We’ll review your booking and be in touch shortly to confirm whether we can offer you a place.

We want to make sure there is a good variety of stalls for visitors to enjoy, so bookings will generally be considered on a first-come, first-served basis while also taking into account the types of products already booked. This helps us avoid having too many stalls selling the same or very similar items.

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders must have valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI). You’ll be asked to upload a copy of your PLI certificate as part of the booking form – an image or PDF is fine.

Food & Drink Stalls

Anyone selling food or drink – including cakes, sweets and chocolates – must be registered with Environmental Health and have a food hygiene rating of at least 4.

Restrictions

Please note that we are unable to accept stalls selling chutneys or plants, or stalls running tombolas, as Trinity Garden will be selling/running these to raise funds for the garden.

Supporting Trinity Garden

All money raised through stallholder booking fees will go directly towards helping us maintain and develop Trinity Garden, our community garden in Kingswood.
