IS YOUR HEALTH AFFECTING YOUR WORK?

Spending time in nature can be a great way to support your health and wellbeing. Getting outdoors, being active, learning new skills and connecting with other people can help reduce stress, build confidence and create a bit of space from the pressures of everyday life.

Through WorkWell West, our Nature Matters and Nature Links groups use nature and outdoor activities to support people whose health is affecting their working life.
