Stallholder bookings are now open for Hanham Christmas Fayre 2026!

The Hanham Christmas Fayre began as a street event, but after moving indoors for the past two years due to the weather, we’ve decided to plan this year’s event at Hanham Community Centre from the outset. This gives us much more certainty and allows us to create an even better event for visitors and stallholders.

This year, we’ll be using both ground-floor halls. We’ll have the same number of stalls as in previous years, but spreading them across the two halls gives us more space to improve the layout and overall visitor experience.

The Main Hall will feature our stage performances, with a dedicated viewing area so visitors can enjoy the entertainment without blocking access to stalls. A one-way system will guide visitors through both halls, helping to make sure stallholders throughout the venue benefit from the footfall.

We’re also adding even more for visitors this year, including donkey rides, a petting zoo and fairground rides. Donkey rides and fairground rides will be weather permitting.

To make room for the additional attractions, the Community Centre car park will be reserved for stallholders and disabled parking only. We’re very grateful to Shield, who have kindly agreed to open their car park for visitors to use free of charge.

6' table spaces – £25 per table

Wessex Suite

4' table spaces – £15 per table

You’re welcome to book more than one table if you need a larger space.

Outside – Hot Food Vendors Only

Vehicle pitches up to 5m x 3m – £50 per pitch

Booking a Stall

To request a stall, simply complete the form below. We’ll review your booking and be in touch shortly to confirm whether we can offer you a place.

We want to make sure there is a good variety of stalls for visitors to enjoy, so bookings will generally be considered on a first-come, first-served basis while also taking into account the types of products already booked. This helps us avoid having too many stalls selling the same or very similar items.

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders must have valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI). You’ll be asked to upload a copy of your PLI certificate as part of the booking form – an image or PDF is fine.

Food & Drink Stalls

Anyone selling food or drink – including cakes, sweets and chocolates – must be registered with Environmental Health and have a food hygiene rating of at least 4.
