Hanham Christmas Market 2026

Bookings are now open for Hanham Christmas Market 2026.

The Market attracts between 300 and 500 visitors each year. While families enjoy visiting Santa's Grotto, the market is particularly popular with adults looking for unique Christmas gifts, festive treats and handcrafted products.

Stall Fees

Stalls are £17.50 each and include a 6' trestle table and two chairs.

To maintain a good variety of stalls, applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, with consideration given to avoiding too much duplication in stall offerings.

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders must have Public Liability Insurance (PLI). There is a section in this form where you will be required to upload a copy of your PLI certificate (image or PDF is fine).

Food & Drink Stalls

Stallholders selling any form of food (including cakes, sweets, chocolate) or drink must be registered with Environmental Health with a minimum rating of 4.

Restrictions

No alcohol is permitted on site.
No hot food (hot food will be served in the cafe)
No tombolas, raffles, jams or chutneys (the church will be running these stalls)
