Stallholder bookings are now open for Hanham Christmas Market 2026!

The Market attracts between 300 and 500 visitors each year. Alongside families visiting Santa’s Grotto, the market is particularly popular with adults looking for unique Christmas gifts, festive treats and handcrafted products.

Time: 11am – 2pm
Location: Hanham Methodist Church, Chapel Road, Hanham, BS15 8SD
Stall Fee: £17.50 per stall, including a 6' trestle table and two chairs
Footfall: 300 - 500

Booking a Stall

To request a stall, simply complete the form below. We’ll review your booking and be in touch shortly to confirm whether we can offer you a place.

We want to make sure there is a good variety of stalls for visitors to enjoy, so bookings will generally be considered on a first-come, first-served basis while also taking into account the types of products already booked. This helps us avoid having too many stalls selling the same or very similar items.

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders must have valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI). You’ll be asked to upload a copy of your PLI certificate as part of the booking form – an image or PDF is fine.

Food & Drink Stalls

Anyone selling food or drink – including cakes, sweets and chocolates – must be registered with Environmental Health and have a food hygiene rating of at least 4.

Restrictions

Please note:

  • No alcohol is permitted on site.
  • No hot food stalls, as hot food will be available from the café.
  • No tombolas, raffles, jams or chutneys, as Hanham Methodist Church will be running these to raise funds.

Supporting Hanham Methodist Church

All money raised through stallholder booking fees will go directly to Hanham Methodist Church, helping them maintain the church.
