Thank you for your interest in participating in the Hanham Christmas Market, taking place on Saturday November 29th 2025, from 11am to 3pm.

To maintain a diverse range of stalls, we kindly request that interested stallholders complete the registration form provided below. We will be reviewing applications weekly, and if successful, we'll send you a payment link to confirm your stall reservation. Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Stalls serving food must submit a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and provide a link to their food safety rating on the Food Standards Agency website.

Please note: No alcohol is allowed on the premises.

We are unable to accept applications for tombolas or raffles.

What time can I arrive to set up my stall?

The building will be open to stallholders from 9am.

To apply for a stall, please complete the form below. We’ll be in touch shortly to confirm your place. To help maintain a good variety of stalls, applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, with consideration given to avoiding too much duplication in stall offerings.

Each stall space will measure 6 feet by 4 feet and will include a 6-foot trestle table and two chairs.
