EXPLORING PLANTS FOR WELLBEING

A relaxed, supportive group for women on the WorkWell West programme experiencing low mood or anxiety.

What we'll do in the group:

  • Explore how common herbs can support wellbeing
  • Make simple herbal remedies to take home
  • Learn about easy-to-grow herbs and propagate some for you to take home if you'd like
  • Try nature-based activities, crafts and mindfulness techniques
  • Share ideas and experiences around self-care
