HANHAM CHRISTMAS STREET FAIR

Stallholders will be able to access the site from 1.15pm.

In previous years, we have applied for the road closure to take place from 1.15pm. This year, we have applied for the road to be closed from 1pm to allow us 15 minutes to ensure the road closures are in place and the road is clear of all traffic before stallholders enter at 1.15pm.

Yes! You are able to unload your vehicles next to your pitch between 1.15pm and 1.45pm.

All vehicles must be moved from the High Street by 1.45pm - you will be able to park in Laburnum Car Park.

The road closure will be in place until 5.30pm allowing 30 minutes at the end of the fair to pack up.

All vehicles must have left the site by 5.30pm when the roads reopen.

We estimate that between 3,000 and 4,000 people will attend the fair.

At the summer fair this year, just under 3,000 attended - even though the weather was not on our side!

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather in the week leading up to the fair. In the event of poor weather, we may move all stalls into Hanham Community Centre. If there are severe weather warnings and it’s not safe to go ahead, the event may be cancelled. We’ll keep stallholders informed as early as possible of any changes.

If the event is cancelled, all stallholders will receive a full refund. If we relocate stalls indoors and you're a food vendor unable to operate outside due to the weather, you’ll also be given a full refund.
