TRINITY GARDEN
Gardening sessions open to all
10am to 12pm every Thursday
Discover the joy of gardening at The Trinity Food Garden! Join us for a gardening session where you can learn, connect, and make a difference in our community.
At The Trinity Food Garden, we believe in the power of growing our own food. Not only does it provide us with fresh and nutritious produce, but it also brings us together as a community.
Work started on our first plot, located behind Holy Trinity Church Hall in Kingswood, in March 2022. Our Allotment Coordinator, George, and a fantastic group of volunteers have transformed a derelict patch of land into a flourishing allotment, producing an abundance of veg, salad and fruit.
We run a gardening session every Thursday between 10am and 12pm where you can learn essential gardening techniques from experienced gardeners. From planting seeds to harvesting, you'll gain valuable skills and knowledge that you can apply in your own garden.
More experienced volunteers are always very welcome to help shape the plot, and share knowledge and experience!
The food we grow as shared between volunteers and used in our Community Kitchen and Cafe. By participating in our gardening session, you'll be contributing to a sustainable and locally sourced food system.
