STALLHOLDER DETAILS & REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Hanham Summer Street Fair, taking place on July 6th, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm.

This year there will be live music from Pantasy Steel Band and the Bristol Windrush Choir alongside a number of activities and games.

To maintain a diverse range of stalls, we kindly request that interested stallholders complete the registration form provided below. Upon receipt of your form, we will review it, and if successful, we'll send you a payment link to confirm your stall reservation. We are hoping to review the first round of applications on Friday 18th May and respond to successful stallholders by Monday 21st May.

Please note that stalls serving food must submit a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and provide a link to their food safety rating on the Food Standards Agency website.
