Q: What time can I arrive to set up my stall?

Stallholders will be able to access the site from 1.15pm. In previous years, we have applied for the road closure to take place from 1.15pm. This year, we have applied for the road to be closed from 1pm to allow us 15 minutes to ensure the road closures are in place and the road is clear of all traffic before stallholders enter at 1.15pm.

Q: What time will my pitch be ready if I hire a gazebo(s) from you?

We aim to have all pitches set up by 1.20pm. PLEASE NOTE: GAZEBO'S ARE NOW SOLD OUT.

Q: Can I unload my car next to my pitch?

Yes! You are able to unload your vehicles next to your pitch between 1.15pm and 1.45pm. All vehicles must be moved from the High Street by 1.45pm - you will be able to park in Laburnum Car Park.

Q: How long do I have to pack up at the end of the fair?

The road closure will be in place until 5.30pm allowing 30 minutes at the end of the fair to pack up. All vehicles must have left the site by 5.30pm when the roads reopen.

Q: How many people do you expect to attend?

We estimate that between 3,000 and 4,000 people will attend the fair. At the summer fair this year, just under 3,000 attended - even though the weather was not on our side!

STALLHOLDER DETAILS & REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Hanham Christmas Street Fair, taking place on December 7th, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm.

To maintain a diverse range of stalls, we kindly request that interested stallholders complete the registration form provided below. We will be reviewing applications weekly, and if successful, we'll send you a payment link to confirm your stall reservation. Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that stalls serving food must submit a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and provide a link to their food safety rating on the Food Standards Agency website.
